The third meeting of holders of Humboldt's fellowship taked place in 27th of February, 2000 in Faculty of History and Philosophy (University of Latvia)

1999

The second meeting of holders of Humboldt's fellowship taked place in laboratory in December of 1999. The first meeting occurred in 1994, during which the research equipment of Humboldt's fond was donated.

In 1996, the head of Institute for Electroheat, University of Hannover (Germany) professor Alfred Mülbauer became emeritus doctor of University of Latvia
